At Lentzy, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
Gift cards or vouchers.
Personalised or customised items.
Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Request an Exchange or Return
Contact us at Info@lentzy.co.uk with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 7-10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
